What is your return policy?

Our Policy is a 14 day policy from the day your item was delivered. We offer full refunds, store credit and exchanges.

How do I start a return?

Can I drop it off?

At the moment we don't have a warehouse, eventually this will be an option.

Where do you deliver to?

Right now, we deliver all over Australia and internationally. Currently Australia post has suspended shipping to US and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anywhere from 3 -14 days. This depends on the shipping you chose and the courier itself. All orders are packed and at the post office within 2 business days of being placed.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, pick up is not an option as of yet until we expand to a bigger space

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only withing 12 hours of placing your order! Please email as soon as possible, beyond 12 hours your order is most likely packed and cannot be cancelled.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

We get it, shipping costs suck. You will have 12 hours from time of placing your order to email Novae If you would like to add to your order.

If you need to edit your order such as address, name ect. this can be done too.

Please note, during quieter times we pack orders pretty quickly and there is a chance your order is packed before the 12 hours is up, so please email immediately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed. Updates will appear once your order has been fulfilled. If you don’t see any updates right away, please allow some time and check back later.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at https://auspost.com.au/

Alternatively, if you scroll to the bottom of this page, click my orders, find your order, the shipping is tracked through Shop App.

How can Novaé be so affordable compared to other brands?

At Novaé we don't believe in greed. As simple as that. Our items that bought straight from the supplier are sold for as low as possible. We want everyone to be able to experience the trendiest, cutest pieces but not pay $100+ for a set. We are very open with the fact we do not design these pieces

Our custom designed items are slightly more expensive due to the extra costs of it being custom designed and manufactured, to be unique to Novaé. With this being said, our prices are still very affordable for amazing quality custom items.



Why was Novaé created?

We were sick of paying $80-100 for a pair of leggings, when there is no need. We knew others were to. We wanted everyone to experience cute, trendy and good quality activewear for half the price.
